In August 2018 Aluminium Marine proudly delivered the Catamaran Passenger Vessel "Wavelength 6" for their customer in Port Douglas.

The vessel is doing day trips for snorkelling to some of the region’s best reef sites.

Newly designed 24 m vessel!

This vessel is suitable for a wide variety of tasks, and has been designed to be more fuel efficient.

The vessel has been designed with efficient hulls with fine entry underwater bows, creating great seakeeping abilities and a comfortable ride.

This vessel is suitable to be used as

The main deck aft deck is fitted with 2 off toilets, and 1 off disabled toilet.( toilet 4 is located at the second level).

A large hydraulically operated swimming platform is located at the transom, and can be used to store, launch and retrieve, a tender if desired.

Access to the platform is by means of Port and Stb stairs trough the aft bulwark gates.

Entering the main deck accommodation trough double doors, we have the galley amidships

And a large pantry under the stairs , the main switchboard is located on the port side of the galley for easy access.

All the seating arrangement includes dining tables, and up the front port bulkhead a storage locker for lifejackets.

The mid part of the bulkhead is fitted out with display fridges, and a servery.

Access to the foredeck is through a low plinth WT door on Starboard.

The fore deck all anchor machinery is located below decks, providing a flush safe foredeck for passengers, additionally the foredeck has a staging area on for wildlife excursions like whale or dolphin watching.

The second level is fitted a complete walk around deck, a toilet (as mentioned), and separate VIP lounge included into the bridge area, and the aft part can be separately closed off for functions if required.

Access to the second level is by means of aft staircase or via foredeck stairs.

The upper deck has been built with a streamlined bulwark up the front, the keep the passengers comfortably out of the wind, and is a great viewing platform.

Access is by means of a wide staircase for dual traffic direction.
